Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on orders $99 NZD or over within New Zealand.

We offer $10 standard shipping on all orders. Orders containing products classed as Dangerous Goods (DG 2 and DG 3) may incur an extra cost.

Most orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the following business day, however, we cannot guarantee this. Following dispatch from our warehouse, please allow 1-4 business days to receive your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification from us. If you have any questions about your shipped order, please call us on 0800 MAKEUP Monday to Friday 9 am - 4:00 pm or Contact Us and our team will be happy to help.

Please note: Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within New Zealand.
