Return and Exchange Policy
We do not refund products if a customer changes their mind or no longer needs them. We strongly advise requesting samples if you are trying to colour match, however, we understand that selecting colours online can be tricky. We will exchange unopened products for the same product in a different colour, with shipping at the cost of the customer.
Otherwise, products are replaced or refunded only if the return or exchange is due to Minifies incorrectly filling an order, or in the unlikely event that the product is defective. Minifies will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred with such returns if Minifies is notified and the product returned in accordance with these Terms. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs associated with any return. Minifies will only accept returned products, and issue a credit or replacement, if you comply with the following process:
In the case of defective product (including delivery of an incorrect product), you must notify Minifies of such issues within seven working days of receipt of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you plan to return a product, notice must be sent to sales@minifies.co.nz, and Minifies will provide detailed return or exchange instructions at that time.
Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit; you are solely responsible for any such damage.
Address the return package to P.O. Box 65, Rangiora 7440. We recommend you ship the product via an insured method (i.e. Courierpost).
In order to receive a credit or exchange on your returned product, it must be in new, unopened condition and returned with the original packaging and invoice.
Note that only products purchased on our Website may be returned for refund or exchange via the process set forth above.
